Ho Jo Fro (derived from Howard-Johnson & Friends) combines creative lyrics with powerful pop beats to share imaginative stories and fact-based, fictional life experiences with the listener. The band represents the oeuvre and creative outlet of prolific singer/songwriter Paul Johnson. 

There have been many "& Friends" over the years who have appeared on various Ho Jo Fro recordings and have participated in many incarnations of the band.
