Katie has always loved music, but it became even more intertwined with her life when she learned that all of the different parts of herself have individual voices that need to be heard. Discovery of herself took a decade of deep-rooted mental health struggles, many low points, and help from a lot of amazing people. She says that she has spent too much time pushing away the voices she didn’t want to listen to; now music creation is how she gives voice to ALL parts of herself. Good, bad and ugly.
